4 STEPS AND IN CONTACT WITH THE TEAM RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PROJECT
The standard lead time to complete a project is 3 to 4 weeks from the moment of the first communication to final delivery.
If the project requires a shorter deadline, we can adjust the lead times both for design and production.
For urgent projects we use standardized models that can be delivered in less than 1 week.
How
we work
Send us an email describing your project.
We will need the text to be displayed, the approximate number of units, the requested deadline, and any other information you consider appropriate.
In 48 hours we will call you by phone to comment on all aspects of the project.
From the moment of our first contact, we will work on proposals, and we will forward them to you in order to be aligned around all aspects of the design.
Sometimes the customer has suggestions or ideas about the type of object he is looking for, or some design that he wants us to use as a starting point; this allows us to get started easier and quicker.
A visit to our gallery can be an inspiration for you, and it may help our art team focus better on the project. But if you do not have any idea, we will take care of presenting the best proposals.
This process does not usually take more than 1 to 2 weeks, it often depends on the agility in the communication between Láureo and the client.
During the design process, when we know the type and definition of the tombstone, we will send a budget for its evaluation in parallel to the last phase of the design.
With the acceptance of the quote and the final design blueprint, which consists of all the technical and formal documentation for a perfect visualization of the model, we will proceed sending to production.
The deadline for manufacturing is around 8/10 working days.
